Terms of Service

LaserCut Market is operated by Rishabh Yadav, a sole proprietor based in Uttar Pradesh, India. Throughout this document, “we” and “us” mean that person, and “you” means you.

We are a marketplace. Designers list digital files for laser cutting and CNC work, and buyers purchase and download them. We are not the author of most files sold here, and we do not manufacture or ship physical goods.

You must be old enough to enter a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including keeping your password to yourself.

You agree not to:

• Upload files you do not have the right to sell
• Upload malware, or files whose contents differ from what the listing describes
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the catalog
• Attempt to download files you have not paid for
• Use the marketplace to break any law that applies to you

You keep the copyright in your designs. You give us permission to host your files, show previews of them, and deliver them to buyers who pay for them. That permission lasts as long as your listing does.

You confirm that you own or have licensed everything in the file, including fonts and any artwork you did not draw yourself. If someone makes a credible claim that your listing infringes their rights, we may remove it while the claim is resolved.

You receive 85% of each sale. We keep 15% as commission. Payouts are made manually at launch, and payment processor fees may apply on top.

You are responsible for your own taxes on what you earn. We do not withhold or file on your behalf.

Paying for a listing gives you a licence to use that file. It does not transfer copyright. What you may and may not do with the file is set out on the Licensing page, which forms part of these terms.

Files are delivered as an immediate download. Refunds are governed by the Refunds and Delivery page.

Designs are made by independent sellers. We check what we reasonably can, but we cannot guarantee that a given file will cut correctly on your specific machine, in your specific material, at your settings. Listings describe the machines and materials they were drawn for, and reading that description is the best protection you have.

If you believe something here infringes your copyright, email support@lasercutmarket.com with the listing URL, a description of the work you own, and enough detail for us to verify the claim. We take these seriously and act on them.

Rishabh Yadav is the grievance officer for this marketplace and can be reached at support@lasercutmarket.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and to resolve them within one month, as required of e-commerce entities in India.

We may remove a listing or suspend an account that breaks these terms, that is the subject of a credible legal complaint, or that puts buyers at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will say why.

The marketplace is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the marketplace is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud, and nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.

We may update these terms as the marketplace changes. The effective date at the top will change with them. If a change materially affects your rights, we will make a reasonable effort to tell account holders rather than quietly swapping the page.

These terms are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India, and the courts there have jurisdiction over disputes arising from them.
